Welcome to the Jer’s Artwork Help section. Below you will find answers to common questions about our site, how to purchase artwork, and what to expect during the ordering and shipment process. How do I purchase artwork from Jer’s Artwork?
While browsing through our galleries, click the “Buy Artwork” button to purchase your favorite selections. Next, simply fill out a brief order form with your mailing address and contact information. Once this form has been submitted, we will contact you to finalize your order and arrange payment. You can send your payment to:

What type of payments does Jer’s Artwork accept?
We currently accept checks and money orders. We do plan to offer online payment methods in the future.
How will my order be shipped?
We ship all orders with UPS. After your order has shipped, we will contact you via e-mail, and you should expect to receive it within 3-5 business days.
How will the artwork I purchase be prepared?
All artwork purchased will arrive matted and ready to frame. The matte will be chosen by the artist and based on the color best suited for the painting.
What size matte will be provided for each painting?
The dimensions of all artwork listed on our site include a matte.
What is your Return policy?
